Privacy at DueChecklist
Your payment reminders belong to you.
This notice explains the information DueChecklist processes, why it is needed, and how you can remove it. Last updated 2 August 2026.
Information we process
We store your Clerk account identifier, name, email address, preferences, payment titles, amounts, due dates, categories, reminder choices, optional notes, completion history, and transaction references you choose to enter. Subscription records contain Razorpay plan, subscription, and payment identifiers. When you enable push reminders, we also store the device's browser-generated push endpoint and encryption keys.
DueChecklist does not receive or store your card number, bank account number, UPI PIN, password, or payment authentication credentials. Razorpay handles payment authorisation.
How information is used
We use this information only to provide the payment tracker, calculate recurring due dates, deliver reminders you enable, maintain completion history, secure your account, administer your subscription, prevent abuse, and diagnose service failures.
Service providers
Clerk provides authentication, Supabase stores application data, Razorpay processes subscriptions, Vercel hosts the application and scheduled reminders, and Resend delivers email reminders when enabled. When push reminders are enabled, your browser's push service transports the encrypted notification to your device. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.
Isolation and security
Every application record is associated with your Clerk user identifier. Supabase row-level security and database ownership constraints prevent authenticated users from reading or linking records belonging to another account. Sensitive server credentials are never sent to the browser.
Email reminders
Email reminders are optional and can be disabled in Settings. A reminder email contains the payment title, due timing, currency, and amount so it can provide the service you requested.
Push reminders
Push reminders are optional, enabled separately on each device, and can be disabled in Settings or your device notification settings. Push payloads are encrypted in transit and only indicate that a due-today or upcoming reminder is ready; payment details require opening the authenticated app. Expired device subscriptions are removed automatically.
Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account exists. Use Settings → Delete account to delete the Clerk account. DueChecklist then cancels any active Razorpay subscription and removes the profile, payments, history, notifications, and subscription record. Provider records may remain where required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Your choices
You can edit or delete payment schedules, disable email or push reminders, change profile preferences, export information visible in the application, or delete the account. For privacy questions or a data request, email help@duechecklist.com.
